The sales clerk Samantha was just the most lovely friendly helpful person I have every met! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was patient with me even though I’m a bit indecisive. Overall she made the experience a fun one and I’m excited to return and have her help me again!

I went in because I hadn’t been in quite a while. I have lots of Pandora pieces but I was pleasantly surprised by the new products. I found out they were having a special, so I had to partake. I decided it was a great time to start a bracelet for my granddaughter, even if she’s only four. She love all the Disney Princesses, so I got her an Elsa charm to start with. I’m sure she’ll love it!!

Both associates at the store and Jordan who I spoke to on the phone were friendly, cared about the gift I was purchasing for my granddaughter, and were very polite to everyone in the store. These associates are keepers
