your transfer of items between stores and corporate office is terrible. Frankly I am very dissapointed and the 10 dollar survey within in 7 days is another load of crapp. I spent over $2000 and was not allowed to use my each purchase ticket to get my 10 dollars off. The survey line will only allow you to enter a new survey every couple of days or weeks therefore the 7 days is crapp.

As my first visit ever to a Pandora store, I was expecting to be overwhelmed but the sales associate,Katie was so knowledgeable and made our experience smooth and pleasant. I was looking at stackable rings not intending to buy that day. The sales rep and the manager helped me build the rings. I loved the rings so I bought them that day instead of waiting. They were very helpful with making ring selections and sizing.

Had a lovely sales associate. Needed a bracelet to go with a gift charm. Very patient,helpful service. Wish more stores would have this kind of service!
