Nice place, but expensive

Maids only cleaned our room once. 2 days we had no privacy sign on the door and they didn't come. One day we did but by noon it was off and they never came back. Conference rooms are kept way too cold. Stand out for me was a young guy from the cleaning crew- wish I knew his name- walked me from my wing off the hotel and helped me to the mail elevators and got me up to the gym :)
