Good location for conference. Hyatt gold passport amenities aren't great.

Overpriced. Too far from french quarter

Service at bar was very bad. The server kept passing by our table of 3 several time before we we got her attention to take our drink orders. The she said she would be back and never did. Finally I went over to the restaurant to ask for some water. It was a terrible experience. Hyatt Recency New Orleans

Very busy. Elevators add time when you are trying to get somewhere. Room was okay.

My visit to the Hyatt was an exceptional experience. The service was great as well as the food. I will definitely stay there when I'm in New Orleans.

We've been hosting a brunch for several years at the Hyatt Regency

This hotel had a lot of hidden fees that were not mentioned during booking or on their website. Check in time is at 3:00 and after driving over 10 hours we have to wait 3 and a half hours to check into our room. so very unacceptable.
