The hotel itself was ok though I didn't find it very warm and inviting. The temperature of the hotel was cold but even worse were the areas for meetings, particularly the ballroom where we had our general sessions. It was beyond freezing and made most of the attendees very uncomfortable. The food offerings for breakfast and lunch were mediocre at best. Overall, I was very disappointed.
