I went into the store to get my bracelet cleaned and polished they were not providing that service at the time because of holiday so she offered me the cleaning kit which was perfectly fine. Charity was super friendly and helpful…I needed to finished my avenger bracelet but I had no intention on that visit…she introduced me to the Spider-Man collection that I also seen in my email. I purchased 5 charms so that I could get the collectors box including 2 Spider-Man ones. I will definitely always visit that location simply because of Charity and her helpfulness not only to me but also to the other employees in store.

The sales person was very knowledgeable of the product, very helpful, and I really appreciate the information given about the merchandise. I was very happy with the purchase that I made.
