I appreciate the free cleaning! I wish we could get each pendant buffed out to get the bracelet clean and shiny. Charms are pricey therefore I wish we could get those replaced/cleaned

the woman helping me was fantastic! she let me look through all the options and let me take my time. when i finally picked one, she was so nice helping me check out.

We were on vacation in this area. I had given my wife a bracelet for our anniversary the day before. We went to the store so she could look around and see what she could get to add to her gift. The sales people were very nice and offered information on the bracelet and things she could add. She found a charm and was very excited about it. It was a great experience in this location. Being part of the LGBTQ community it's not always that way in stores but here we both felt very comfortable and welcomed.

When I go in the store the associates always give you options and are knowledgeable about the products. If you don’t know how to style your bracelet or what you are looking for they are awesome at helping you decide based on what you tell them. They are very helpful in navigating through the app as well. They always having me leaving the store smiling.

I thought all the workers were very nice. They all offered to help us aswell. Pandora has always been one of my favorite stores because everyone is so nice and everything is so organized.

Had a great time talking to the lady. Everything was amazing, everyone is so nice. I got everything I wanted. I will be coming back!

Staff was friendly. Showed me how to set up bracelet and clips. Was offered different styles to choose from. Was happy with staff and choice.

They work was very friendly. It was not a very long wait. The workers were understanding. They should me a lot of different charms.
