Pandora Jewelry

I lost my fully charmed Pandora bracelet about a month ago after losing my mom to Covid. # of the charms on there were one given to me by her. I am so sick about it. My husband surprised me and ttok me to the Pandora store on Oak Park Mall in Overland Park KS and purchased me a new one. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful especially our rep Ms. Alli.

Was fast and simple. Store was cleaned snd everyone was nice. Glad I was able to find/buy something for Mother’s Day!

Every time I visit this store I have a great experience. I’ve never had a bad experience there. I wish I remembered the names of the associates that recently helped me (One associate’s tag said sales lead) She is always very polite, happy to be at work, and super helpful.

Prompt, friendly and very neat store

I was given a mask to wear even though I forgot mine. This allowed me to enter the store and buy something instead of needing to leave.

All of the store associates were extremely helpful and welcoming, Moira helped me find the perfect items and was SO wonderful and knowledgeable. My experience in the store was so great i will definitely be returning in the near future! The store manager was extremely kind and helpful as well. Overall very satisfied and can’t stop looking at my rings!
