I was waiting outside the store because of cdc guidelines and occupancy guidelines inside the store, The employees were continuously acknowledging our patience and trying to help us because they were really busy because of Black Friday.

The sales associate was very nice and I was pleased with how she was patient with me. She even went out of her way to find a item in another store for me. I’ve visited the Overland Park Mall several times and had great service with most of their associates.

I was super happy about my ring that I purchased. The associate that helped and worked with me and my friend was super nice & knowledgeable. The price overall for my ring was not bad at all, I was surprised. I will definitely be returning to get the matching earrings and necklace set.
