Alli was extremely friendly & very knowledgeable of the merchandise I was wanting. Competed transaction in less than 15 minutes wrapped and bagged very nicely!! Alli gets a 5 star from me.

Satisfied with the store and associates my problem is the lack of reflections charms. My fiance has most of the charms and loves her bracelet but the charms available leave little to chose from. Can we get more charms for the reflections collection please.

The representatives were very polite, attentive and knowledgeable The selection on hand was the only issue. Possibly shipping issues due to the pandemic but still disappointing.
