Kayden was so very helpful! one of my charms broke and since i purchased it originally at the store she was able to replace it for me. i also requested a new box and bag to hold my bracelet in and she happily obliged. she was patient, kind, and very welcoming under what looked like a stressful day. her manager even remembered me from my first ever purchase at pandora. i was so pleased and grateful to have such personable staff. Kayden in particular did an amazing job and presented incredible customer service skills. thank you so much for your help Kayden! i appreciate the advice she gave me, and as someone with terrible social anxiety she was incredibly comforting to talk to on a busy day so close to mother’s day. i will absolutely be back!
