I had a charm bracelet that was damaged and I came in not knowing if they would replace it or not. They were very helpful and gave me a new bracelet due to it being a bad bracelet not anything on my part. Going in I was frustrated due to previous experiences with the bracelet but I was very pleased and thankful for the help I received when I was in the store.

The associates at this store were extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to make my selection and have my purchase gift wrapped in less than 10 minutes.

I was so thankful for Amanda who assisted me in finding the perfect bracelet. She showed me numerous charms and continued to help and wait on me until i found the perfect one. I love my bracelet and am so eager to come back and get more charms for it ❤️
