I thought my bracelet was severely damaged from accidentally wearing it into a mud bath. Sales professional, Morgan, confidently assured me that “she will do everything she can to restore it.” I was amazed, excited, and overall thankful when I returned 3 days later. My bracelet looked brand new. The professionalism of Amanda and Morgan was truly exemplary of customer service. I have many friends that own Pandora jewelry and have since shared my story with them. 😊🙏🏻👏

Amanda provided me, again, with great customer service. She is a joy to work with.

Amanda was very helpful with locating a ring I have been wanting for months. When I told her another sales associate was not able to find my size she looked in the display cases to see if she could find one and she did. I appreciated Amanda going the extra mile to find the ring. Not sure why the other associate did not think to do that. Amanda also sold me on another ring that I had no intention on buying but it complimented the other jewelry so well I could help myself.

Amanda was a great help! She found the right size bracelets for my daughters and taught them how to properly put on their new charms.She really loved her job and that showed with how thoughtful she was when worked with us.

Blown away on the quality of the charms, The saleswoman was outstanding answered all my questions especially as a first time buyer. Love how they will clean them for free whenever. My mom has always been in love with Pandora and I was gifted a charm and so excited to collect them!!
