The sales girl was awesome. I love the sale prices!!! I ended up buying two bracelets lol. And the books with pendants were really helpful.

I needed to exchange merchandise. Called ahead. Associate put merchandise on hold for me. It was ready when I arrived at the store. She exchanged merchandise for me and I was happy.

The sales associate Amanda # 161388 was very helpful with her suggestions I and she know exactly what to show me when I told her the look I was trying to achieve. She told was friendly and professional.

The store manager Taylor at this location was nothing short of amazing! I was buying a bracelet for one of my best friends and she was so knowledgeable of all of the merchandise. She made this buying experience smooth and easy! I am forever a Pandora lover just because of her!
