Pandora Jewelry

I was needing a gift and the sales associate was able to locate the charm I was wanting right away and she offered some great ideas for another item for my gift. She was told me about some of the new items coming soon to Pandora. I asked about specials and she informed me of a special offer coming soon. She also showed me the sale items and I ended up purchasing one of these items for myself.

I had never shopped at Pandora. The sales representative explained the Pandora concept beautifully. She provided an overview of available inventory and suggestions to make my shopping experience productive and enjoyable. Pandora is lucky to have such a professional and enthusiastic employee!

The associate was friendly and knowledgeable! She spoke directly to my 14 year old instead of me! (She was the one looking for something). Everything was easy!

All of the associates I had the pleasure to meet were exceptional. It was very emotional for me to pick out my charms, since they were for a memorial bracelet for my daughter who had passed away. They were all very compassionate and even gave me hugs and Kleenex to wipe away my tears.

The store was very clean. There were plenty of staff to help and eager to help. Everyone was very friendly and other guests there were happy as well which made the atmosphere feel better.

They store showcased the beauty of the merchandise. The sales associate was super helpful! And I appreciated how she took her own bracelet off to show me how a full bracelet would feel on my wrist. Great customer service!
