I was able to browse is peace. Then when I was ready for assistance someone was immediately available. The sales person knew where to find everything quickly.

The associate was very helpful, nice and listened very closely to what we wanted. Even though it was a gift for someone else she helped with everything she knew.

I brought a friend to pick out a bracelet to go with the charm I bought her.. She was able to find one she liked and a few charms she liked also. Everyone was very nice to us in the store.

The sales associates were very friendly and did not seem annoyed at all at the time she was spending with me (I kept changing my mind). She offered up suggestions when I told her my style. All of the staff made a point to say hi to me as they passed me.

I'm highly satisfied with my experience as the attendant was very calm and friendly with me. She was very patient as I keep on asking charms that are hard to find. She even suggested other alternatives on how to wear it or how to take care of the bracelet.

Great service as soon as you walk in there ! The ladies are always so kind and patient and always try to look what’s best for you ! Will be back soon it’s my store to go to !
