Amanda was very nice, knowledgeable and over all super sweet helping with my decision on my ring. This was my first Pandora purchase for myself . I will continue purchasing . I love everything there .

Very friendly staff. Went in just to get my bracelets cleaned, came out with 2 new charms. Great job cleaning my charms.

The sales associate was very helpful and patient with us. She was friendly and well knowledgeable about the product.

I had a great time with the customer service at this store. My only issue was how difficult it was to locate some of the merchandise. I also felt like they were out of a lot of pieces. The charms are a little expensive, so I don't get to visit often. I would like to get back shortly and purchase a ring that was out of stock!

The associate was very helpful. She helped me rearrange my bracelet and helped me with the items. However I was not satisfied that I called and did a survey the last time but I was not informed that I couldn’t use my $10 for my in store visit.
