The customer service was fantastic, so helpful and friendly. I’m super happy that pandora offers 4.5 for rings cause that’s super rare. Overall just really pleased with the employees and grateful for the amazing service!!

Sales person helped me pick out the perfect gift for my 16 year old daughter. I came in with a thought, but her recommendation was even better. Plus she wrapped the gifts! My daughter loved her stacking rings and earrings. I love that it's quality jewelry but not ridiculously priced.

I have been wanting rings made of quality material. I had a pandora ring for a few months and heard so many good things from other people, that I decided to buy more. They had a wide selection and were patient while I tried on different ones. I have already gotten lots of complements on the them and am excited to be able to wear them everyday without them looking worn.

Sales associates are knowledgeable and friendly, I called ahead to see if the items I wanted were in stock and she had them ready. I would never recommend ordering online unless you are certain it is from Pandora. There are fakes out there but original Pandora is beautiful and well worth the price.

The sales associate Amanda greeted us as soon as we entered the store. After greeting us she asked was there anything specifically we were looking for and was able to direct us straight to the product we wanted. She gave great suggestions on additional items and was very interested in why we purchased the item we did.

We bought a pandora bracelet at another store, it was defective and they refused to help us. The people at this store did and they were wonderful! Thank you!
