We beat a "rush"! Walked in, several assistants available. Told her what I was looking for ("color") and she was good about pulling the colorful trays. Within a five minutes the store was swamped with customers - the roped cue was full. Especially appreciated that I wasn't asked to move to the back of the store to check out. She handled it all for me and brought my receipt up for signature. That has always been a problem in that store during the holiday season - lines to shop the trays and then you move to another line to pay. In and out much faster and way fewer customers to rub elbows with!

Even though it was our sales woman's 2nd day, she was being trained quite well. Though she didn't have a great grasp on the project yet, she couldn't have been more friendly. Her manager was very knowledgeable & friendly. Only bad experience was the credit card system wasn't working correctly. I ended up paying with cash so I could leave & continue shopping.

When I first walked in the store was busy and I went to someone for help but they said they were busy. I waited and someone else came up to me and offered to help. She was incredibly nice, helpful and informative. Unfortunately after she rang me up she noticed her name was not listed as the sales associate on my receipt. I asked her if we could do a return and I would purchase it again so she could get credit but she said no. I wish there would've been a way for her to get acknowledged for my purchase. She was truly a great salesperson.

The sales associate that assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful in making my choices. One of my purchases was for a fundraiser auction and Amanda was very helpful in making my selection for this.
