It was the Saturday after Black Friday and my best friend and I were shopping at the mall. I wanted to take advantage of the buy 2 charms get 1 free. I wanted my 3 granddaughters initial charms. The sales associate was very friendly and knew exactly how to use her tablet to place my order.
