The sales associate was patient with me when I was super indecisive. She let me try on anything I wanted, multiple times. She answered all my questions and showed me cute ways to wear multiple rings.

I got the attention I needed in order to make a decision and purchase a gift.

The customer service was exceptional.

I purchased a new ring that is beautiful but also economical.The sales associate saw I had a pandora bracelet and offered to clean it for me while I was looking and it came out looking like new. Very satisfied with Pandora store as I have purchased Pandora products at other stores in the past but service and options were great here!Thank you for helping me accessorize and feel beautiful!

I was so pleased and impressed with the assistance and knowledge both sales ladies showed. I even appreciated them giving me feedback and their opinion about my purchases. I was fortunate that everything was in stock and available. They both were SWEETHEARTS!!

I was not highly satisfied as I was not greeted when I walked in or even acknowledged that someone would be with me shortly. I sat at the counter watching the associates help other people. Once I was finally assisted I still wasn’t formally greeted.

I wasn't completely satisfied with my Pandora experience is the girl was coble days new. So her knowledge of what other items felt slim only because she didn't mention anything. But overall everything she did was still good customer service. I was happy with my purchase.

For the amount of money I spent, I expected my bracelets to be cleaned. The store was not busy at all on a Friday afternoon. It wasn’t the weekend yet. I spent over $600
