I think cleaning previously purchased items should be free. Also, With every purchase cleaning supplies can be given on a complimentary basis.

The associate that gelled us rushed us. It was for my daughters birthday and she wanted to look but the lady just kept saying are you ready anything else. And it was very upsetting and not a good experience for us.

The sales person was knowledgeable but not initially warm/enthusiastic,however, not rude considering sales are what keep the store thriving. She became a little more personable while completing the transaction.

We were assisted after people who came in after we did. Most of the ladies were nice. We were able to get what we needed and leave.

While in the Oak Park Mall store I wanted to purchase the $99 special set. The sales clerk was amazing but during check out it was noted that the extender which was part of the set was not available. I told them that I really did not want nor need the extender as I would never use it, just liked the option of getting the rings as a set. The manager refused to sell to me because they were out of the extenders and I was told the purchase price required including it. Manager said I could come back once it arrived.I drove over 2 hours to go to this store and was not going to drive back . I also wanted to leave with the rings and not have to place order and wait .Left feeling extremely frustrated and although the sales clerk was apologizing, I felt that the manager could have handled this better.

The sales associate was a little pushy and tried to get me to buy more than I went in there for. I had a plan when I went in, and she tried to push additional items.

Did not have my preferred bracelet size in stock. Chose to go down a size and hope for the best. Associate gave me options but I wanted to walk away with a bracelet; not her fault.

I was given an extremely small bracelet and was not able to get a bigger size and when i came back to the store there still weren’t any available.
