I would like to see more options from the Catalog. The merchandise that is been exhibit should be clean before sales.

Didn’t appreciate the 30 minute wait outside the store, especially since they had just had customers leave the store

There was a limit in how many customers were allowed in. I’m not sure the capacity rate but this takes away the opportunity for customers to simply view the variety options while waiting for an assistant

I was already very satisfied with my Pandora experience. No further complaints.

Pandora didn't offer a wide variety of charms to choose from in rose gold, they had more charms offered in silver.

Parker was very helpful and friendly. I’ve been a collector for a long time but have not bought anything for a couple of years. I found the selection has changed. I liked when there were more charms available. I have not had a visit in probably five years, where I was truly satisfied with the availability of products, this store seems to be out of things I want every time I visit.

Due to the pandemic we had to wait outside the store for awhile while there was only on other customer inside. I was with my baby in a stroller and it was difficult to maneuver around the store.

The customer service was excellent. My only dissatisfaction at this point is that it was indicated to me that this survey would give me $10 off a purchase…..and now I realize that it is $10 of purchase of $100 or more. There is quite a difference there.
