I was highly satisfied with the service she was kind enough to take the time to clean up my bracelet for me

It was mother's Day and I feel rushed.in order for them to get to the next person

The sales person could of been a little more eager to help me pick out the items I was shopping for and had to remind her to not forget the free bangle with my purchase.

Nothing exceptional

I was waiting outside the store for five minutes before I was let in and it wasn’t because of how many people were in there because after I was let in they let like 5 people in after me and there were only 3 customers in the store when I got there. So there were 8 customers when I was in there. I was first in line outside and then was waiting for several minutes before I was waited on and the store manager who helped me was going to help the 3 people she had let in several minutes after me first after I had been waiting for 5 minutes outside and then several minutes inside. They did not clean any counters in between customers so did not feel that it was a clean or safe environment and do not feel comfortable shopping there again right now. And everytime I go in the store it seems they pick and choose who they are going to help and I always end up waiting a long time before being helped. Not generally a friendly or helpful environment. So I do not like shopping at this store but that is my only option. I had better service when I shopped at the store in the Bahamas!!!!

None of the charms were available

We are from out of town. We do not have a Pandora where we live. We were greeted up entering. We looked around. No one asked us if we needed any help. We had to ask for assistance to look at items and to purchase items. Only then did we get help.

The sales associate we had didn’t seem like she actually wanted to help us. She just seemed annoyed that we were even there

I was happy because of the prices and the sales they and I was so happy with my perches and I would love to come back and they also were so cleaning and really nice.

Associates had difficulty finding the bracelet and charms I was looking for. The overall time was very long (over 45 minutes). The associate had to pull in two other people to help find items and perform the checkout/credit card application.
