I wish they could keep every size and style in stock So I don’t have to wait for a delivery every time I come in and shop.

Both staff members were super friendly, helpful & kind. Lots of options for charms. Wanted to surprise my daughter with a new charm. Sales person was ringing up my order and the other sales person was nice and chatting about what I purchased so made me feel like it was not all about the sale.

I wish there were a better selection of charms out for me to see. Instead, I had to ask what I was looking for. There wasn't much to see, in my opinion.

The manager was very knowledgeable she let us in the right direction also she help me price everything that I want it the only downside that I had about it was they were no more Pandora sets available at the time.

Two days before Christmas, it was crazy busy. There was not a lot of selection left and I had to choose a different bracelet than the one I wanted. You were also out of boxes.

The store didn't one of the rings I wanted in my size because they had not received all their inventory for the Fall. I chose the ring in a different size for my other finger. I love Pandora and have shopped here for many items!!

The 1st associate kept looking at her watch, the other was in a stained T shirt.

Another associate came over and just started answering questions that I didn’t even ask her. I was dealing with the first associate who was very nice and helpful

The sales associate was the only one there so she was trying to help me and 3 other customers. One of the beads I wanted wasn’t in stock so now I have to wait to order it online.
