Pandora Jewelry

I purchased a three item to get the 50% discount but as I checked what I paid for, one of the items has no discount and I have to go back to the store again for them to fix it. It was a bit hassle but thankfully they resolve my problem.

I was disappointed to learn that they were no longer going to be selling the end caps for my bracelet. I was luckily able to purchase the last two at my location but its unfortunate that they wont be providing them anymore. What am I supposed to do if the piece breaks again?

Did not have any military charms

I had to ask someone to help while they were having a conversation with another associate. One of the associate stopped to help me & got me going on what I came in there for.

Friendly sale s associate, fast service and easy checkout.

It would be better if all merchandise was available in silver and gold.

I used to go to other pandora shop with my friends in many country, the sale persons that I met were more higher service mind and willng to help than I met in this shop.

Plaza store was closed. Oak Park was understaffed.

No muy buena antencion

Sales associate was slow to assist my daughter and not fully engaged in her job. The sales person was either shy or tired but not the one driving the sale
