Climate: The store was very warm/hot making it uncomfortable to want to shop for long. The associate had trouble using adjectives to explain certain things, but she was very friendly, so we stayed with her. There were no sales or promos happening.

The sales associate was friendly, but pushy. I came in with a specific charm in mind and she tried to talk me into more than I was looking to spend. It seemed like she works for commission.

I tried to use a Pandora gift card, which I know currently has an active $50 balance because I've checked it online multiple times, but the sales associate couldn't get it to work on her hand-held register/scanner device. She said the main computer desk station might be able to process it, but she made no attempt to go over to it or ask for help. This has actually happened to me at 3 different Pandora stores, and I've been unable to use the gift card online because it doesn't work there either. It's frustrating to know I have $50 at my disposal, and that has already been paid to Pandora, but I can't get anyone to help me diagnose the problem so I can exchange the card for merchandise. It's worked out well for Pandora since every time I try to use the card and it doesn't work, I buy the merchandise anyway with a different form of payment.

I felt like the sales associates were a little rude. They acted almost put off by having to help us locate a gift. I love Pandora, but will not likely return to this location. Even the manager on staff was a bit snotty. Considering we spent almost $150 on jewelry, I expected to be treated with, at least, a little kindness. Everyone there seemed to be in a bad mood, even though the place was not busy. We were the only customers.
