I’ve been to this location several times and out of all the times Ives been no one is knowledgeable or friendly about anything. I would never recommend anyone going to that location

I really wanted to look around but the sales associate insisted that she knew the stock best and would bring it to me. She asked my interests and pulled 3 charms for me to look at. I had planned to get several but didn't really get a chance to look around the store as she kept me at the very front display case. She DID offer to show me rings which I immediately told her I can't wear. After that she asked if I was done and started ringing me up before I answered. It was a frustrating experience and I'll probably not return unless I want something specific.

I really wanted the opportunity to look at more charms. I was directed to walk around the outer walls of the store and look at them but I wanted to look at them up close.

The sales associate was nice, but did try to sell things to me. I had a charm on hold and I was in to pick it up. While there I bought a pair of earrings. She checked me out without offering to show me anything else. On my way out I saw a necklace that matched my earrings. She could have showed that to me, I most likely would have purchased it too.

Obviously they were busy, but the manager at one point stopped helping customers to see if someone could come in and help. That’s fine but after she got off the phone she just stayed behind a counter doing stuff on the computer instead of hopping back on to help the already long line. You could tell some of the associates were worried about the long line and customers getting impatient since staff was available but not helping. There just didn’t seem to be a sense of urgency to assist customers. Some of the staff were very apologetic about their clients having to wait, but overall I left kind of irritated. I work in retail and understand that sometimes it’s busy and customers just have to wait, but when employees can help but just aren’t that’s where customers find it hard to be sympathetic.

Store was very low stocked. I know it was black Friday, but there still should have been enough products in the store. Associate didn't know what they had in stock, I felt very rushed in the store and had to make quick choices because of this.

I brought over 200 with of items and ask about the mothers day special. Was told they didn't have them yet. If I wanted to return the items to get the special they could not stop me. frustrating after coming in to have to go back. this is why on line shopping is better than coming in.
