The sales associate was very short and rude. Like I was bothering her. There was one other customer in the store. It was a Monday night they were not busy at all. Didn’t tell us about the sale. My 12 year old read about it.

Not much merchandise available and the store looked barren, salespeople didn't seem excited to be there and really did not seem to care whether I purchased anything or not. I have at least 25 Pandora bracelets, AND earrings, rings, necklaces....I consider myself a fairly good customer, did not feel appreciated and do not enjoy being an interruption in someone's day. Had this been my first impression of Pandora, I would not be likely to be an avid collector. I will return to this store ONLY because there really is no other in my area. I wish I could say I felt welcome. I was not even thanked for my purchase, I said thank you and was told "you are welcome." In the past the girls would assist me with putting bracelets together and helped me "try" charms by putting them on my bracelet or at least next to it so we could see how they went....I realize there are probably people who try to steal things so I understand but I really was under the impression they did not trust me. Not a good feeling.

The sales associate was not friendly, did not have any suggestions, and didn’t seem interested in assisting me in any way.

They had none of the charms I was looking for and the sales associate didn't know what I was talking about until she handed me the book of charms to show her the one..out of 5 charms 1 was avaliable

I have shopped here multiple times and always received good help. I was asked if I could be helped by three sales people and when I said I was interested in “sparkly” charms I was told to just look around in the cases and if I was interested in anything to let them know. The charms were scattered through the cases. I had intended to buy two charms but I stopped looking after finding one and having to call a clerk back over. The store was not busy, several clerks were standing idle. I was specific in what I was looking for and expected the clerk to point out some charms and show some interest. This is the first negligent experience that I have had at this store, may try again in February hoping the “hands off” approach was a single occasion.

According to the sales person to get the proper ring size that the store did not have, I would have to travel to another store to get the ring. This will make me shop else where next time and use your store as a last resort.

The first two sales associates in the store were extremely stand off ish and rude. Very judge mental and did not help. Then came the sales associate that helped me buy my rings, her name was Holly. She was great and very helpful. Even the sales staff were rude to her when she was looking up my rings. I honestly would not come back to that store based on the other two workers in the store. Very negative energy from both of them and they did not care to show me any help.

I was waiting in the line and someone just show up and give money to the person in the gate for skip the line outside, as a customer I felt highly dissatisfied and I can’t believe that someone can just pay for skip the line that’s not respectful

Very rude and sarcastic sales person. Although she was nice she made me walk out a bit bitter from my purchase.
