Upon waiting outside the store, 2 workers never acknowledged me standing to come in the store as the sign said wait until clerk says come in. They both were facing the door but never said anything to me at all. Seem like neither wanted to be there. Once agent assisted me her whole mood was not good vides at all like she was upset to help me. Next customers came & they were greeted as I was walking out after my purchase. To me, the agent customer service was awful dealing with me

Did not appreciate not being able to view them up close. Sales girl would only take out one charm at a time. Who has that kind of time...not me.

I’m dissatisfied because the store does not have yellow gold charms. They are moving to rose gold and silver. I don’t have any options with the yellow gold overlay charms

The selection was very minimal everything that I was looking for was not in stock. I would have thought for a sale they would be fully stocked. There weren't many charms out on display and my salesperson didn't seem to want to take the time to show me. She acted as if I should already know what I wanted

I am not satisfied with my experience because I bought a clip for my charm bracelet and it has already fallen off within the 2 days i have bought it. This is the second clip i have lost due to it falling off my bracelet and i’m very upset.

This was my first visit there to start a charm bracelet. The manager on duty was very rude and not helpful. The associate that assisted me was new but not friendly of helpful either and I still spent over $500. The associates at independence center location were more knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Spent over $300 we were trying to do the promotion for free earrings to find out they sold out on day 2. If you going to keep promoting free things you should have enough or have a back up. They didn’t seem to care either or to look to see if any left.
