I waited for 10 minutes at the counter before anyone greeted me, and when i was greeted i wasn’t looked at & was told someone would be w/ me. I then asked if they had any of the holiday charms left so i wouldn’t have to continue waiting if not. to which another sales said “no I think so & so (a sales associate) bought the last one. Oh but you can have the display.” Then I waited another 5+ minutes & another associate came out from the back to help, she ended up being some type of manager. Where was she the entire time?!?! Then I told her I just needed to buy the charm. She offered no feedback about my wait, offered no discount on the display item I was buying. Just an overall very poor experience for a store I considered fairly high end. I’ll go elsewhere next time.

Long wait time. And not very organized customer wait time. Had a lady literally just jump in front of me, while I was waiting over 7-10 min. The associate noticed this but it should have never happened in the first place if there was a better way to serve waiting customers like taking numbers or customer names when waiting.

I purchased a gift card and asked for a gift box for the card. The associate rudely indicated the didn't have gift boxes for the cards. I ultimately asked for a Pandora bag.

I specifically said that I wanted and needed a bracelet that I could get on and off. I have been unable to do that. Also, I said I wanted spacers. The two I was sold are NOT spacers. I went to my local Battlefield Mall store on Monday, and they were closed for Labor Day. Not the mall, just the store.

You always charge full price for your items but then they had the gall to have a stack postcards about a deal if I waited 2 days (July3)to make a purchase I could get a free ring or earrings, etc. I asked if I could get the deal since my purchase qualified price wise- but was told No. Way to screw the valued (repeat) customer. I am done buying pandora

I came into the store to purchase a charm just randomly on my way off. The sales associate was bothered that i came in as she rolled her eyes up in the air and hugged and puffed as i asked if there were any sales. She watched me struggle taking off my bracelet, jumped over the cleaning request and i had to ask her twice to put my charm on for me.
