Pandora Jewelry

The sales associate had an unfriendly attitude and made me feel as if I was bothering her. I buy a lot from pandora but not from that store again.

Sales associate did not immediately help me, despite me waiting for an available associate with an active toddler. Associate was not familiar with the product I was looking for. I had to look it up and call my wife for more details (ruining the surprise). Associate was supposed to look up my wife’s established account for the ring size. Associate sold me the incorrect ring size so now my wife will have to take it in to exchange it. Highly dissatisfied with my service.

Sales associate was great. The manager (maybe franchise owner) was a complete monster. They were out of keychains. Manager pulled a tarnished one from a display. I noted it was tarnished. I would love a phone call regarding what transpired. I completed my purchase for the Sales Associate because she was great but that manager needs some training.

I went to return a ring (that I recently bought ) because of 3 lost stones. The store manager started to ask questions. If I used the ring daily. The ring did not come w instructions to use sporadically. I would not have bought it. She said the ring was tarnished because I’m not cleaning it. I just bought this ring and if it’s tarnished I would assume is the quality of the product. I had to ask if the stones falling happens frequently because she never said anything about it.

The young in the store was very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people at all. They act as if black people couldnt Shop with them. She had store full of ppl but stayed by us

Associate was very unfriendly. She was not knowledgeable of product. Snapping attitude.

the associate acted as though we were a problem or didnot have money. We were treated as though we were welcome .

I was satisfied with my experience

The sales lady that helped me was very impatient.She threw an item down and told me how bout I give you back a refund.The sales lady made me feel like she didn't want to help me because I was black!

Purchase made in KS. Got home to TN. One item not in the bad
