Some staff were friendly and others were rude, my sale associate was very Friendly but the manager was a little rude. The store was not busy but it took a while a get an associate to help us. I did purchase the time i wanted but the manager was no help with helping the sale associate locate the item

Plentiful selection of merchandise made shopping East. Knowledgeable sales staff enabled us a wide variety of choices within our budget. Convenient store location made it easy to complete our purchase within our time constraints.

Pandora merchandise is beautiful and the selection issue plentiful. Michelle, my sales associate was extremely knowledgable, warm and friendly and so helpful. And most importantly, she wasn't in the least bit annoying. Michelle searched the store to find me a ring in the size I needed - that was SO appreciated. She is wonderful! Right before Christmas I was at the same store and a young guy sales associate was so annoying, I actually left the store without purchasing anything.

The times I’ve visited the store, the staff is very kind and I always end up buying something that I didn’t have in mind. Which I’m ok with that because I love Pandora. This is the first time that a bracelet broke and I came to ask to be exchanged and my issue was solved immediately.

I was assisted as soon as I walked in the door. My sales associate was patient, pleasant and attentive.

The sales associate was extremely nice, she was helpful and I was very happy to find the items I was looking for.

Michele was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Told us about the survey, coupon as well as credit option. No other facility had ever shared. I've been shopping in Pandora over a decade
