I am a long time Pandora shopper. I think what has always attracted me to this product are several factors. The stores are inviting, it’s a personal shopping experience every time. In all my years, I have never once felt rushed. I love the collaborations. I am a huge Disney fan. I love the Christmas themes. I love the variety of themes for all occasions. And then there’s the Rose gold. I swear its popularity started at Pandora. And now in this purchase that triggered this survey, there’s DIAMONDS! I am a loyal fan for life, you keep reinventing yourselves and I’ll keep coming back. Happy New Year

While at the Menlo Park Mall Pandora, I encountered a young man Named Jeremais. This was the most pleasurable experience I have had in your store as of late. He was very knowledgeable of the different products in the store and was overall a nice employee. He did not make me feel rushed although there was a line outside the store, and he took care of all of my needs and my daughters needs with great professionalism and poise. Great employee!!! deserves a raise in salary or even a promotion.
