The young lady that helped me was very patient and very sweet. It took me a while to decide what I wanted and I was taking quite a while to figure it out but, she kept a smile on her face the entire time and remained nice. Kudos to her!

We had a personal issue and the manager and sales associate were absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend the menlo park location to everyone. They are truly awesome.

Your associate Jaitaya was well worth the wait that I experienced. She was a pleasure and very knowledgeable with the product. I also bought a charm that I had no intentions of purchasing due to Jaitaya's imput. Everytime I lookat this charm, I will be reminded of the excellent customer service I received while at the store. I myself work in retail so i completly understand the customer experience (attitudes etc...) and this young lady handled all of her customers with professionalism and grace with a dash of humor!!! Perfect customer experience!
