Although there was a waiting line to enter the store, I didn't feel rushed when I entered. Rubina was very helpful, and understood what I was looking for. Rubina also told me about the Pandora bracelet cleaning service at the store.

The staff is very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable of the products. They are patient with the customers. They do not rush you and take their time with you.

When I entered the store, Karlie immediately acknowledged me and asked if I needed help. The other associates were engaged with their customers and she was ready for the next customer that entered. The store was easy to get into, nice and clean, and everyone was in a friendly mood. Overall I always love this Pandora because, no matter when I enter the store, whether it's Christmas time or a regular Tuesday, the team is always incredibly friendly and willing to help every client to the best of their abilities.

I rarely fill out surveys but Karlie B was exceptional. I wanted to purchase a charm for a mature woman to wear on a chain I already had. She picked out the perfect charm and kindly put it on the chain for me. Even though the receipt was only for Pandora, she put it in the Pandora box for me and added a bow. I will go back because of the knowledge and service.
