The staff was very organized and conducted the long line outside the store very well. Upon entering, the manager remembered the piece we were there for since she confirmed that it was in stock before we stood in line. Very friendly customer service, very attentive. Very rare to come across friendly staff who are attentive and knowledgeable about their products. Thank you for the great customer service, I am sorry I did not get any name.

Jaitaya is THE BEST! She knew what I wanted before I even knew what I was looking for!! I had no idea what I was coming in for that day & I left with a bunch of new charms that I love and a free bracelet!! As well, I got approved for the credit card as well! I loved her attention to detail and she made sure I was fully satisfied!! Everyone is luck to work with Jaitaya, she’s THE BEST!
