The associate, Jaitaya, was super pleasant and lovely. I had expressed to her that I was uncomfortable entering the store because of a previous experience elsewhere, and she made me feel very comfortable, welcome, and at ease. She was very knowledgeable and taught me many things that I wasn't aware of concerning my bracelet. She is the reason I will be returning to this location again and I look forward to receiving service from her in the future.
