The manager Michelle and the sales associates Daisy, Shania and Jaitaya were very nice, respectable, and helpful. They were knowledgeable of the products and were convincing in persuading me to purchase today. Keep up the good work ladies!

The service was great. It was my first time in a Pandora and the women there made me feel welcomed even though I felt out of place. I had broken my bracelet that my boyfriend gave me on Monday, and went to Pandora on Tuesday to see how much it would cost to get it fixed or replaced. I didn't have much money, but I am meeting his family for the first time on Friday. I had broken a bracelet (non Pandora) given to me before, so it was important to have it fixed. Since it was less than a year that I had received the bracelet it was free for me to have it replaced. I was extremely satisfied of the hassle free process of the replacement process, to say the lesst.

My sales associate was a college student and we talked about her school. She was very personable and since I bought my bracelet with me to the store, she placed the charms on my bracelet so that I could see how they would look.

Well I think jewelry is beautiful! However I don’t like that you discontinue quite a bit of jewelry. So sometimes I go in the store and can’t find what I want. Overall I enjoy your store
