Pandora Jewelry

I purchased a charm for my bracelet in Las Vegas. Unfortunately the charm broke. The salesgirl was able to do an exchange for the damaged charm and replaced it with the same charm. She was very friendly and understanding of my problem even though the charm was not purchased at The Woodbridge location. I do shop frequently in Pandora for myself and I buy a lot of gifts there. Yes I will continue to do so. Thank you Pandora

The service at Pandora was excellent. The stores was organized. The items were beautiful.

i went looking for specific heart earrings. after waiting 15 minutes, the sales person tells me she cant find the heart bag with all the heart earrings in it the day after valentines day. i was not able to buy what i wanted
