My sales rep, Jai'Taya was the nicest, she took her time, answered every question, did a great job helping me select the charms for my bracelet, also Michele was very helpful.

the salesperson was not pushy, but very helpful in guiding me to the right purchase. She gave me the correct size bracelet on the first shot. And we had the same birthday.

The associates were very attentive and friendly. They did not give me any problem with the return/exchange. I exchanged my bracelet for a new one of the same kind. A stone had fallen out. My husband purchased it for me for Christmas. I appreciate the friendly and fast transaction.

My Salesperson Jaitaya J. was responsive and friendly. She asked me about the people I was purchasing for so she could give me gift suggestions. She packaged the gifts very nicely and the sales process was efficient. I was out of the store in 10 minutes.

Manager Michele was nice and patient. We were excited that we found the last shopping queen bag after so many stores we check and they put for us on hold. We came from my to jersey just for the that charm.
