Pandora Jewelry

I got a lot of earring and charms on sale. I love the Menlo Park store. The ladies that work there are very friendly and helpful. I love Pandora.

I had to stand in line, but the associate controlling the line was informative and offered me a brochure. Once inside, the sales associate was knowledgeable and able to assist me quickly and efficiently.

I was greeted at the door by an associate you not only acknowledged my presence, but offered assistance. The associate asked if I needed any help and I declined. While waiting in line to enter the store, again I was asked if I needed assistance. I knew what I wanted to purchase, so I didn't think I needed help. When I advised of the items I wanted, she proceeded to get the item while other associates were still dealing with customers. She was able to get the item and held it until I was able to go to an associate, I wanted which expedited my checkout. Great experience.
