I received the best customer service at pandora menlo park! Brianna and Michele were extremely helpful with resolving an issue I had with Pandora Online. I contacted Pandora online hoping they could help me with my broken ring. After spending 37 MINUTES on hold all they would tell me is "sorry we can't replace that for you". I was appalled at how they spoke to me and how unhelpful they were. They didn't put any effort in taking care of me or my situation. However when I called Pandora at Menlo Park BRIANNA was extremely polite and made me feel like she truly cared about my issue at hand and did all the she could to resolve it. When I walked in the store Michele assisted me, Brianna has already told her I was coming. She exchanged my ring with NO ISSUES and assured me if I had anymore problems that I can return to Menlo and be taken cared of appropriately. THANK BRIANNA AND MICHELE for all your help! I am very happy with my new ring! Diana.

My purpose for visiting the store was to receive 2 free bracelets for my teen daughters. I had no idea what I would buy. I took my youngest daughter with me. Every employee acknowledged our presence and that was a great feeling. When Michelle, the sales associate, offered to help us I explained I want to make a purchase and receive 2 free bracelets for my daughters. Michelle quickly noticed my bracelet was dirty and offered to clean it while we visited the touch and feel table. Upon Michelle return she began to ask questions about what we like and my daughters ages. While my daughter looked through the booklet at charms Michelle showed us charms from the showcase she felt we may like. She quickly help me to pick 2 charms a piece for my daughters and suggest I look at some charms for myself. I purchased a total of 6 charms and received the 2 bracelets for my daughters. Both of my daughters love their bracelets and charms. I am very pleased with the service I received not only did Michelle provide assistance but she went beyond my expectations. Michelle was very patient with me and that means a lot.

Well, at first they didn’t welcome me, they dodger me any help until I speak a little loud and with attitude because I spend 5 min waiting for someone to help me and the store was empty but when I did that a nice employee just came from the back and help me regardless that I’m the front 4 employee ignored me again. But fine she was amazing, patient and very helpful. She examples the offer that Pandora had and even recommended the credit card since I bought a lot. She save Pandora almost $700 that was my purchase for been so nice and professional and do her job.
