I worked with Michelle S and she was super amazing. So friendly and so enthusiastic about the merchandise. She made it such a nice and easy expierience ! The store is bright quiet, and clean , i could literally stay there for hours!

Michelle was very patient with me this was my first time being in Pandora and I wasn't familiar with the merchandise. She explained everything to me, showed me the types of bracelets and she showed me different charms for what I was interested in.

We were pleased with the sales associate service and knowledge of the product. Although an item was back ordered, the associate placed the order expeditiously and was very professional.

The sales rep Samantha was really helpful and friendly. She was more than willing to show me all the items and help me choose the best ones! It was a really good experience!!
