Bright clean store, patient associates

My sales rep was very knowledgeable , but when I entered the store, there was a rep that have a very nasty attitude. I work in retail and I would never talk to a customer the way she responded to me when I asked her how do they know in what order the people are waiting, does the store have numbers or something. You was spoke with a nasty tone and just said, "Sign in here". Rude!

I came in for the great sale . I wish more items where left but what I got I was happy with

I had never been to a store before, I assumed you pick them out and go pay, I had no idea you get a consultant. Damaris was very patient. I couldn't make up my mind so she showed me several charms. She asked about my interests to really personalize my bracelet. At the end of my visit I left extremely satisfied. I would like to make a summer bracelet next. The process of signing in isn't 100%, I was skipped over but I guess that was to my benefit because I was with Damaris.

The associate was very pleasant and very knowledgeable.
