The associate Samantha (I think that was her name) was excellent. Even thought the line was building she took her time in assisting me with my selections. Excellent customer service!!!

Besides the fact that there was only two sales associates available, the one who helped me was very helpful and pleasant. She understood that I was in a bit of a rush to get to work, while the other took her time with the other customer. There should be more people working.

I was really happy with my experience overall. Damaris O in the menlo park location was very friendly and assisted me extremely well. she even gave me some suggestions on what my future purchases could be upon my interested and style. However there was 4 people in the store and the one attending the front did not even say hello although she was eyeing me up and down. I felt very uncomfortable because it seemed as if they thought i wasn't going to buy anything so they didn't bother talking to me. Damaris was with another costumer at that time but as soon as she finished she came cover and asked me if i needed any help. It took one person who was busy to help. Which is a bit upsetting.

The Sales associate, Sandra (Sandy) was not only a sweetheart, but very knowledgeable with the product. She was honest and caring and was able to multitask with customers with a store full of clients. The sales associate made my shopping experience productive and efficient. I was shopping for my mother, mother in law and another relative.

I really liked the lady that took care of us. She approached ina friendly and helpful manner. Showed us exactly what we were looking for. Helped match the sizes. She went out of her way to help us get just the right gift. Overall A+ experience. 5 star customer service without a doubt. Store was clean. Everything set pretty.
