A store associate greeted me right away. As soon as an associate was available she came to help me. I showed her a picture of the charms I was looking for and she got them for me right away. She also showed me different options for one of the charms I picked out.

It was an overall a very good experience in the store. The sales lady not only helped us find our product but also well under our stated budget.

Everything went very smooth considering I was making an exchange. My only problem was that I found out you do not make any of your rings in a size 8. 8-1/2 a bit big and 7-1/2 too tight. Why not make size 8?

The sales clerk was very knowledgeable. Gave great advice and was very friendly.

It was good experience. I mostly shop online so not sure if it was highly satisfying experience or not. Sales associate was good everything was nice.

i was given an e gift card, i had the receipt and pin number but not the actual e gift card number. my son had hard time trying to get the actual e gift card. i am going back to the store with all of the information . i hope it works this time

It was good experience and the line was less. The cashier was nice and everyone were helpful

Because is my first time and I only satisfied, because they don't had to much choice for the sale
