I waited about 10 minutos to be seen. The charm I was looking was not exactly what I was expecting.

Not only did I wait 5 minutes in an empty store but I didn’t appreciate that I was overlooked and another customer who arrived AFTER Me was served before me - SHAME

I have to visit 2 stores to find what I want to buy, and that happens to me more than once

There is always room to improve

The prices are very high and need to have a bigger Clerance selection Also more of the vintage merchandise needs to be brought back

This was a franchise location and options pre-designed bangles for inspiration much were less than at the corporate store in the other mall

Pandora do not have a lot of sales and if you get something on sale you are not able to get a different. The bracelet that I purchase just needed a Pandora ball put on it Pandora was not able just to fix it had to buy a whole new bracelet

A bit rushing, transactional sale, no friendly . you need 1 you get 1. No more clean and polish offer during holiday? even Im a perks member credit card?
