Overall I found everything I needed besides one charm. The associate failed to even look and automatically dismissed my request because she didn’t know what I was talking about. I proceeded to look it up and show her a picture which allowed her to find it.

THE ENGRAVEMENT MACHINE WAS DOWN. WHICH HAD ME GOING TO A FEW DIFFERENT PANDORA'S TO GET MY ITEM ENGRAVED. THAT WAS THE ONLY DOWN THING

There is always room for improvement. I know do to Covid-19 customer can't move through the store, but I preferred to move around and check the merchandise through the store.

Didn’t have the charm I wanted. Michelle S NO.155673 attended me well though and assisted me in selecting a different charm that suited for what I was looking for.

Unfortunately it's the time of covid so you have to wait in a line and then once you get in it's kind of cramped in the store

Victoria was very kind and helpful. She made my shopping trio very easy.
