There were not many selection for the charms in store as there online. The sales associate didn’t inform about any discount or promotions offers. That would have been nice to know

Sales associate was acting fake nice. It was obvious she was really grumpy and just wanted to make a sale. When I purchased something she was elated. Hire people who genuinely want to work there.

Everything was good

Not enough people working and I had to stand in line outside. But the customer service I experienced once I was allowed in was fantastic. The lady was friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. She cleaned the station before we walked in and after we left. She didn’t make me feel rushed. I ended up leaving with more than what I came for. Excellent customer service!

I was satisfied. The sales associates were busy but helped me fine. There was a long wait to go in the store. I waited about 45 minutes. Only two associates initially helping customers inside the store. There was 50 percent off on selective items so there should be enough associates helping inside. Later a couple more associates came.

It was not the rep she was great! I just felt that her manger was helping us at first and once I said my bracelet broke she told a rep to help me. I feel that Pandora need to take full responsibility on there products and since my bracelet broke they should have replaced it rather then me buy an entire new one. I am a long time Pandora lover and if this is how they have their warranty I think I will stop buying from them. One year isn’t enough. Sorry not sorry.

Didn’t have the charm I wanted but had some charms. Obviously bought a sea shell one 😊 .

I waited outside the store first 35 minutes. Only 1 associate was working.

The salesperson was terrible I had. She had an attitude. I spent a lot of money at Pandora. This will be my last purchase with Pandora
